Our People

Highly trained and qualified, our educators are passionate, caring and devoted people. All staff have first-aid, anaphylaxis and asthma certificates so you can rest assured your child is in safe hands.

Our educators believe that everyone should feel welcome and be able to learn at their own pace and in their own way. We focus on educating as an individual rather than part of an age group, with programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework .

Natalya Bryan

I have ten years of experience in the childcare industry, six of which has been right here at Milestones Early Learning Norman Gardens. I am a qualified teacher with four years of teaching experience. My interest in the childcare industry began during my first work experience in high school, and it was there that i completed my Certificate III in Children's Services. I then went on to complete my Bachelor of Education and found myself as part of the Affinity Education Family. I have had many different roles in my time, including Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, 2IC, Educational Leader and Kindergarten Teacher.
I am a Mum of two children, and grew up in Rockhampton with a wonderful family support network. I have a strong interest in photography and DIY projects. I feel that everything is best learnt hands on. I believe in the Affinity Lifelong Learning Approach, as it ensures that we look at the whole child, and involve the two most important aspects of learning: families and communities. The first and most important educator a child has is their family.
